At Life-Refine, we offer residential treatment for those who are seeking to recover from a mental health and/or substance abuse issue. Our treatment services are comprehensive and wide-ranging, allowing us to personalize each patient’s treatment solutions to meet individual recovery goals and needs. Furthermore, lengths of stay are flexible and our programs are tailored to meet the treatment needs of individuals at various points in their recovery – from detoxification to community re-integration.
Ultimately, the goal of our residential treatment program is to provide individuals with the resources and skills that they need to maintain functional and productive relationships with their families, friends, workplaces, schools, and communities.
We use evidence-based treatments to support recovery and to promote a higher quality of life. Services include:
- One-on-One Counseling
Residents can engage in a private, one-on-one session with a qualified counselor.
- Group Counseling
Residents can attend group counseling sessions handled by a qualified counselor. Group sessions allow residents to talk to other people who are going through the same experiences as they are.
- Family Counseling
Family counseling is intended to address specific issues affecting the psychological health of the family. It is designed to improve communication between family members and to resolve the conflict.
- Therapeutic Exercise
We design therapeutic exercises based on the individual needs of each resident. Our therapeutic exercises are designed to improve one’s physical health, as well as their mental well-being.
- Relapse Prevention
We provide our residents with the appropriate skills, coping mechanisms, and resources to avoid relapsing.
- Adaptive Yoga
Yoga brings a variety of both physical and mental health benefits too. Yoga can help improve flexibility, increase awareness, improve concentration, relieve stress and anxiety, and increase mindfulness.
