Overall, the goal of therapeutic recreation is to improve an individual’s social, cognitive, physical, and emotional functioning through activities that they enjoy.

At Life-Refine, we offer various therapeutic recreation activities based on the individual’s unique preferences and interests. Some types of therapeutic recreation activities that we offer include arts and crafts, community outings, yoga, sports, and dance – just to name a few.
